Alison graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Secondary Education and then received a Masters degree in
Educational Leadership from Lehigh University. Prior to joining Bonifield Associates, she spent 9 years in the field of education. She taught both
middle and high school Social Studies classes. During her time in education, she served in a variety of leadership roles, including department chair,
member of the Principal Advisory Council, and member of the Professional Development Committee. Her involvement included hiring of new teachers and
administrators, organizing school wide events, and developing training seminars for district employees.
Alison began her career at Bonifield as a Researcher and has worked to become a Consultant. She has continued her pursuit for education by attending
seminars on recruiting and is currently studying to take the Certified Personal Consultant (CPC) exam. The CPC designation will give her clients the
confidence that they are working with someone who is part of an elite group of staffing and recruiting professionals dedicated to the ethics & standards
of the staffing industry. She has assisted Bonifield Associates by implementing a monthly email communication to client companies and in just a few
short years at Bonifield, Alison has become a gifted recruiter with strong personal communication skills, which allow her to successfully connect with
both her clients and candidates. |
