Richard L. Tyson, CLU, ChFC, FLMI - Dick is President & CEO of Bonifield Associates. As an insurance professional he has over 25 years experience in marketing, sales management and administrative operations. His career progressed from management trainee to that of President & CEO of a New York domiciled Life Insurance Company. Dick joined the firm in 1995 and became its current owner in 1996.
Robert D. Tyson, CPC - Rob began his career with Bonifield Associates as a research specialist while attending college, upon graduation he joined the firm as an executive recruiter. He has embraced the insurance industry and has been successful in assisting his client’s meet their difficult employment needs ever since. Rob currently serves as President of Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants.
Sean K. Sweeney, CPC - After a 12-year career in the insurance industry, Sean joined the firm in 1990. Successful in placing insurance professionals nationally and internationally, Sean has been called upon to be a guest speaker on radio and television programs highlighting the recruiting industry, as well as being quoted in national publications. Sean is a Past President of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants and currently serves as an Advisor to the Board.
Barbara A. Best, CPCU, ARE, CPC - Barbara joined Bonifield Associates in 1997, after a 20 year career in reinsurance. As a dedicated professional in our insurance practice, her knowledge of insurance industry operations contributes to her successes in working with both client companies and candidates.Alison M. Force - Alison graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Secondary Education and then received a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University. Prior to joining Bonifield Associates, she spent 9 years in the field of education. Alison is gifted with strong personal communication skills, which allow her to successfully connect with both her clients and candidates.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Len Bonifield, CPC, CIPC - Len founded the firm in 1976 after over 20 years in the insurance industry. He began his career in the field as an agent and eventually became President & CEO of a life insurance company in Philadelphia. Len has received numerous awards and is nationally known for his contribution to the recruiting/personnel services industry.
