Rob is President & Chief Operating Officer of Bonifield Associates. He began his career with Bonifield Associates as a research specialist following graduation
from high school, assisting consultants on active search assignments, managing Bonifield's IT needs and developing & maintaining their web presence.
While attending Monmouth University, Rob continued his responsibilities at Bonifield while staying very active at the University. During his sophomore
year he was hired as a Resident Assistant for a freshman dormitory progressing to Head Resident Assistant his Junior year and became one of three Apartment
Managers his senior year overseeing all of Senior Housing on campus, while maintaining sole responsibility for his own apartment complex. He graduated
with his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Information Technology. Rob made his television debut
as the Monmouth University Hawk during the first round of the 2001 NCAA tournament against the Duke Blue Devils.
Upon graduation Rob began with Bonifield Associates as a Recruiter progressing to Chief Operating Officer in 2008. His commitment to excellence for his
clients has allowed him to work with some of the largest and smallest carriers and brokerage operations in the country. Rob's belief in training and
continuing education have earned him his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation giving his clients the comfort in knowing they are working
with someone who is part of an elite group of staffing and recruiting professionals dedicated to the ethics & standards of the staffing industry.
In 2004 Rob was invited to sit on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants (MAAPC) as a Networking Chair and became an active
part of the board. The following year Rob was elected by his peers to the Executive Board as Secretary and currently serves as President. MAAPC is a
non-profit organization that offers members recruiter training, networking opportunities and much more at the local level. Rob is also an active member
of National Insurance Recruiters Association and
sits on the Board of Directors along with attending
their annual conventions. |
